   I'm declaring this to off-topic since I failed to follow the subject.   
      
   But for the record, askSam and Inmagic have been reported to work   
   in Linux using Wine.   
      
   Without further knowledge of the OP's programs, I can't make any   
   recommendations for Linux equivalents.
