I'd try deleting these two suspect orphaned files in safe mode,
but only after comfirming their file names immediately after
running chkdsk, as "tmp" file names and timestamps are likely to
change, so be sure the files you're deleting are the current ones:

   avg-ccd19b15-afa3-4757-badc-541ba702970b.tmp
   incavi.avm.old

Also, if AVG is your current AV in XP, I'd uninstall it, then
try running chkdsk again. You can always reinstall any AV. But
your most recent downloaded and installed updates to M$ XP appear
to have initiated a conflict with something on your PC's system,
and that usually means reverting to an earlier restore point in
order to see if that doesn't solve the problem.

If that doesn't work, you might try fixmbr from recovery console,
but you shouldn't do that unless you're certain that there is no
virus whatsoever on the computer's hard disc, otherwise fixmbr
   could cause irreparable harm.

Before doing anything, though, I'd backup all of your user files
to a reliable external storage in case changes you make go awry.
Some computer users like virtual boxes, because it's easy enough
to restore a working system in the event that it gets corrupted.

I'm merely an amateur when it comes to computers, so I'd wait to
see if someone with serious expertise doesn't chime in with better
advice on exactly what to do.
