   	Duh ... I hope not. If so I wasted my time with someone with a   
   mental capacity deficit.   
   	If this is the case, a mild solution of detergent (2 drops to   
   a glass of luke-warm water) carefully rubbed on the TRANSPARENT side   
   of the DVD might recover it. Do not rub the painted side. Rinse it in   
   clean water and make sure it's dry before puttinhg it back into the   
   drive.
