   	I'm not sure who the moron is here, the guy who posted 5 years   
   ago or the guy that STILL does not know that you need to hold down the   
   SHIFT key when you drag the taskbar around with your mouse. You can   
   put it anywhere you want, unless you are sitting, in which case the   
   alternatives are up, down, left and right. Whatever.
