   Agreed. If your antivirus didn't catch it (you *DO* have one installed,   
   RIGHT?!), I would suggest burning a live CD from a different antivirus vendor   
   *at a different computer*. Google "antivirus live cd"; Kaspersky, ESET, and   
   Avira all appear on the first page of results; all of them are good.
