   I has a power failure while Windows was booting. Now the power is back,   
   but Windows won't come back.   
      
   It simply keeps displaying the basic boot screen, and on every second   
   repeat it shows the screen about starting in Safe Mode, or the last good   
   boot.   
      
   Starting in Safe Mode shows loading some drivers, and then stops, and   
   only switching it on and off at the wall will get out of that.
