Nothing.              Disk Investigator is probably showing you deleted files. A normal delete from       a FAT drive simply deletes the first letter of the filename, specifically so       you can recover accidentally-erased files. NTFS is a bit more complicated,       but in the end, the filename and contents still exist on the drive until       overwritten by something else.              Try using a utility to zero out the drive's free space, see if that makes       them go away. Google "secure free space wipe" or similar.              --       - Lucifer -- what's happening to me?       - Apotheosis.
