   Exactly! Those files have been long gone.   
      
   I'm going through the answers, plus I've downloaded a couple of   
   suggested programs. The Privazer one seems a bit intimidating for a   
   non-tekkie, but I watched the Youtube video and it does have a setting   
   for "dummies". I also have Acronis to backup my C: just in case. This   
   program has saved my butt so many times.   
      
   I'll get back to everyone after I try Privazer and the Shellbag   
   cleaner.
