   I find the same problem. There is no information anywhere on the web   
   that I can find that explains it - so in the first place you have a   
   button appears and have no idea what to do with it until you guess that   
   maybe putting (and holding) your finger on it produces the options (then   
   partially concealed under your hand - very helpful when you trying to   
   answer a call quickly). I found that you can set my Oneplus One to   
   answer the call with the home button - which is simpler if you don't   
   want the other options.   
      
   There is no easy way to change the system - phone dialler apps only   
   change the inbound interface.
