   I certainly never have.   
      
   I've used it to means "stream" in computer programming contexts, and   
   "sharp" in musical contexts, and "hash" or "hashtag" in general   
   computing contexts. I've never heard anyone call it a "poundtag" or an   
   "lbtag".
