   It certainly isn't. That fooled me for a while. (Expecially since   
   at other times you get a tap this or this choice of Answer or   
   Dismiss.)   
      
      
   Sort of related, I've gotten several calls on my Skype number (and I   
   had the PC version set to ring only through the headphones, and that   
   has been changed) but I've never seen a visual display that Skype is   
   ringing on the PC (running XP) and I've never seen or heard it ring on   
   the cellphone, even when the phone is right here.   
      
   Until yesterday. A little box with a green answer phone image and a   
   red hang up the phone image appeared and I have the cursor on the   
   green and I'm clicking the mouse like crazy and it took several   
   seconds to answer. I guess my computer is often slow. I hope I can   
   get the phone to ring when someone calls the Skype number.   
      
   I think Skype has to be running. Maybe it wasn't.
