   I like Thunderbird a lot. My only real complaint is that the interface   
   is way too busy, and there are a lot of options that are too accessible   
   for the amount they are used, and that many options are poorly   
   documented or explained. I know what to ignore in day-to-day use, but a   
   new user might be confused.   
      
   The best part about it is that you can tailor it to your wants and   
   needs via add-ons and extensions.
