Subject: How Come I Cannot Clean "Free S

   I'm using Win XP.  The problem is that after I clean "Free Space" on   
   my C: drive with CCleaner ver.5.46 or Privacy Eraser Pro I still see   
   the same remnants of some of my Usenet posts appearing when I use Disk   
   Investigator to read the drive.   
      
   I do not understand why "cleaning" free space does not get rid of   
   these files.   
      
   Anyone have an answer?
