   	Last thought. Could be an IP conflict. Or the lack of a valid   
   DNS server. Check DHCP is enabled.   
   	My XP is in Portuguese so the translation might suck:   
      
   	Right click on my network places ---> Right click on Local   
   Connection --> Choose Properties --> Double Click TCP/IP ---> check   
   the boxes "Obtain an IP automatically" and "Obtain a DNS address   
   automatically" are checked   
   	If the computer is not asking the router for an IP and DNS, it   
   probably won't work. Hence the near zero activity.
