   there absolutely is a menu bar at the top of the mac screen, just like   
   every other standard app on the mac, no extension required.   
      
   if you're using full screen mode, then the menu bar is hidden and will   
   show up when mousing to the top of the display, as it does with any   
   other app in full screen mode. that's a user choice, not something   
   about brave.

   monitors have no issues with greys. it's saturated colours where lesser   
   displays fall short because of a narrower colour gamut.   
      
   it also has nothing to do with brave and everything to do with what web   
   sites you visit. some web designers choose low contrast text/background   
   for aesthetic reasons, but that's easily resolved if it's not readable.
