       Want to move a PDF from XP to an iPad for reading.   
   First challenge is how to move it without iTunes or other   
   installed Apple crap. I have a USB cord but it only shows   
   me iPad photos folder and the iPad itself doesn't see the   
   connection. Is there an app to see the connection?   
      
     Second challenge is, once a PDF is on the iPad, there   
   seems to be no file system. How does one find and read   
   that transferred file?
