   I thought Apple gave ever use 5GB of online storage similar to OneDrive   
   by Microsoft or Drive by Google. I forget what Dropbox gives for a free   
   account. You could use the cloud app on your PC to access via a cloud   
   app on your iPad, and use the cloud storage for the .pdf file.
