Windows Media Player ver.11 w/Windows XP

   I'm using Win XP.   
      
   This just started a few days ago. The music being played from my hard   
   drive with Windows Media Player ver. 11 is stopping and starting.  It   
   will go off for about 5-10 seconds and then come back on by itself. It   
   does this 2 or 3 times during a 2-3 minute song.
