   The bollocs just sparkle off of that.  The only "features" I need is to get   
   hits related to what I asked.  Nothing more, nothing less.  And they did   
   that quite well before the change.

   All the programs (and tools) together that make up a particular service.   
      
   For instance, a website starts with the part that receives requests and can   
   send back responses.  Dealing with such a request is probably done with a   
   php engine. and so on.

   Thats short for "[u]ser e[x]perience".  That what I'm/we're now doing
