   This is likely to be "the price of progress".   
      
   The OS cannot stay at the same version - the ESU   
   mechanism needs some sort of barrier to prevent   
   "casual entry" by people who did not quality, and   
   you're seeing a side effect of that barrier. The   
   History is treating this as a "New OS". Examine the   
   other entries, and see if there is a separate   
   entry just for "ESU registration".
