     I got KB5068781 on November 16, but because this system (my wife's   
   previous system) was in storage, I did a 'Check for updates' (or   
   whatever the wording is), so a manual check/pull. (The whole download   
   and install process took three hours (!) on this rather old hardware   
   (including Defender update, MSRT (Malicious ...) and quite a number of   
   (UWP) 'apps').
