I've never used the SQL thing.              Azure SQL Database is MS-SQL hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud       platform. Although it has some new features compared to MS-SQL, these       are primarily intended to ensure that the database can be run and       accessed seamlessly. After all, a database is only useful if it can be       accessed.              Like any SQL database, Azure SQL Database contains tables (of course,       you the user, creates them), but you have to create your own forms.       Unlike Access, it offers more advanced querying capabilities and can be       accessed by multiple users simultaneously.              To experience a proper online database, it is best to start with the       desktop MS-SQL Community Edition. MS-SQL is an industry-standard       database, like MySQL, Oracle, and MariaDB. Developers must create their       own forms and also need to know basic SQL commands. Although there are       many videos online to help you get started, you will need to be       dedicated to make the most of these database systems' features.              Good luck.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
