   I too run a couple of critical applications which I built myself using   
   now-ancient versions of Access.  They are now happily running on Access   
   365 which I get with my MS-365 subscription.  I love Access!  I think   
   the only migration issue I ever had was when I moved to the 64-bit   
   version, and there was something in VB which needed to be adapted, but   
   it wasn't a big deal.  (Forget the details, but there is of course   
   plenty of information online.)
