   And you think I did not notice that ... why exactly ?  Why do you think I   
   said "Others will have theit own *programs/scripts* to do such flattening"   
   (bolding mine) ?   
      
   But now all you need to to is to figure/find out if you can use an npp   
   commandline argument to start that macro and afterwards automatically close   
   the the program*.  Than you will /really/ have your conversion tool.  :-)   
      
   * Some googeling about what other macro actions there are would be in order.   
   Perhaps there is an action that will auto-start a macro, and another which   
   will close npp.  And if npp does not auto-save the document you'll need one   
   for that too.
