   That won't fix it, although it's superior to notepad in every way.   
      
   If you frequently download and save files to different locations, you   
   might run into it if the last d/l folder was downloads and you select a   
   folder on a file share.  For me it happens when I get in a hurry using a   
   touchpad vs mouse.
