   The OP mentioned 'latest version' but has yet to specify the edition and   
   version(Calendar Year if perpetual or M365)   
      - Perpetual have a Calendar year designation   
      - M365 does, but different naming CY/MM found in File/Office   
   account/About (latest deployed is 2512 or 2601)   
      
   Also note....Outlook perpetual(2021 and later), Outlook(desktop included   
   in M365), and Outlook-New - W10/11 included email client) all support OAuth2.   
      
   GMail can be setup as POP3 in Outlook(M365)- app password is necessary
