From: address@is.invalid              Further stuff :              I just thought of drawing latitude lines spaced 10 degrees apart on the       image I provided, and ran into other problems :              I had to multiply the formules result by two to get anywhere near a usable       value.              The 10 degree line was drawn below the first line in the image above the       equator. Same for the 20 degree line. Only the 30 and 60 degree lines       landed on a line on the image itself (the second and fourth above the       equator).              Though the 40 degree line now comes rather close to where I expected New       York to be (which is at 39 degrees latitude), there is no line in the image       near it. Huh?              I don't get it, what are those lines on the image for if not latitudes ? But       than again, why are there only 5 lines above the equator in the image, and       not 7 ?              Regards,       Rudy Wieser              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
