In case it's relevant, I'm using Windows 11 (not 10 as implied by the
   newsgroup).

In Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items, I have "Mail (Microsoft
Outlook)" (not "32-bit"). When I open that, I get a small popup named
'Mail' which has only one tab named 'General', which says 'The following
profiles are set up on this computer:' with an empty box below it, i.e.
there is no profile to change/delete.

I think this is about the old style Outlook *program*, instead of the
'new Outlook' *app*, I'm talking about.

As others have mentioned, there a lot of products named 'Outlook' and
   - especially for a non-user - it's hard to tell which is which.

But don't worry about my 'problem'. It isn't a problem and it's not in
my way, it's just weird, that's all.
