What on earth does TurboTax need Windows

   I bought TurboTax at Costco today for $55.99 - $11 = $44.99 + 0% tax.   
      
   At home I try to install it on Windows 10, and it says it won't load.   
   Apparently it needs Windows 11.   
      
   Why?   
   What on earth could TurboTax need that only Windows 11 can supply?   
      
   Is there a known workaround?
