   I don't know which version of Outlook you're using but, in Outlook 2007,   
   which I'm still using(!), that is not the case - the Address Book and   
   the Account List are totally separate.   
      
   So, I can compose an email, choose the recipiemt(s) from the Address   
   Book, and then choose from which account to send it by using the   
   drop-down list immediately under the SEND button. Is yours not like that?
