   ....but the above sounds exactly like the same justification/rationale   
   many claimed/opined for staying on Windows 7 instead of Windows 10 for   
   at least 5 year after Windows 10 was released(RTM 2015).

   Imo...   
     - if the device is capable of Win11 without hacking install system   
   requirements => install Win11   
     - if the device is not capable of Win11 system requirement and running   
   Win10 => continue use of ten yr old Win10 with ESU until ESU no longer   
   available(as a free or fee based option)
