   Task Manager > Gear Icon(navigation bar, lower left, bottom/last icon is

     - Look in the Status column   
     - Select, rt click any item for context menu(Start, Stop, Restart, or   
   Services) - note same context items on the tool bar   
      
   Need more(e.g. detailed description) in addition to above   
     => run services.msc
