   Hi Winston,   
   Can you confirm a MSFT account is not needed to enroll in the free Windows   
   10 ESU becuase I tried in November (as I recall) but MS closed the loophole   
   in middle'ish October last year (even as I had changed the registry keys).   
      
   Is the loophole still there that you can enroll in Win10 ESU w/o a MSA?
