   Blocking port 25 at the ISPs border means that you cannot use another email   
   service than the one your ISP offers - or does *NOT* offer.   
      
   That might be acceptable in your country, but over here thats a bit of a   
   no-no.

   I take it that the dude who said that has personally contacted all ISPs *all   
   over the world* and asked them to confirm it ? If you have no idea than   
   you are /at best/ gullible, and I've got a bridge to sell you.   
      
   Besides ofcourse that "ISPs block port 25" is ambigue. Which I also have   
   already mentioned.

   Same thing as the above. Do not try to extrapolate some persons "we do it   
   {this way}" statement to be covering everyone everywhere.
