   To clarify, smtp.telefonica.net is my ISP, I have to send my email to   
   them on port 25. When I visit Canada, I can not send email, because Bell   
   Canada blocks port 25, and Telefónica refuses to listen on a different   
   port but 25, when I explain the problem. They should use the submission   
   port 587.   
      
   If I am connected on a different ISP, I can send to port 25 of   
   Telefónica without any trouble.   
      
   AFAIK, they don't block any port here.
