Cannot       > associate it with which element it was associated with as I just       > caught its reappearance out of the corner of my eye.       >       > FWIW ;]              If it is still happening, and it is feasible to do so, can you test              1) With all extensions disabled and with one of the default themes, if       you have extensions or are using a theme other than Default or Modern;              2) With a new profile, after visiting a couple pages (meaning a much       smaller places database).              Also, can you clarify if:              A) The same happens if you hit Ctrl+H in any open browser window, or if       there appears to be a difference that requires these specific steps?              B) Do you mean the column "name" was absent, or just empty (but       present)?
