   Help with SeaMonkey's "Help function"

I don't find its search function useful many times.
Is the "Help contents" text available as independent file(s)?

My immediate problem is in Composer.
How do I get the cursor in the "HTML tab" to be in the same location as
it is in the "Normal tab"?

Does SeaMonkey have a documentation activity?

   TIA
