   Yesterday, whilst playing around with the Menu lines of Drop-Downs   
   across the top of my SM Mail & Newsgroups screen, I've managed to   
   de-select the "File .........." line (totally de-selected NOT minimised)   
   and I can't see how to re-enable it.   
      
   There is NO little knurled (??) end-bit with an arrowhead that I should   
   be able to click on to turn around to re-instate it.   
      
   Is there a Pref that I need to re-set to re-enable it?? If so, which   
   one, please??
