   Not me, but presumably you checked these items from its Classic Add-ons   
   page:   
      
   > Known Issues:

   > 3) Only 100% CardDAV compliant servers are supported (tested using

   If you are expecting the add-on to create an address-book rather than   
   accessing one at a remote server, maybe this expectation is wrong:

   server and view vCard details.

   > Once installed the menu entry will appear under the "Tools" menu. If   
   you are using Firefox and the main menu bar is hidden then the entry can

   Otherwise, review the JS log in the console (Ctrl+Shift+J) for errors   
   when enabling the add-on.
