My Thunderbird profile is under $HOME/.thunderbird
My Seamonkey profiles are under $HOME/.mozilla/seamonkey

The first-level .msf files are seamonkey/8chstrng.default/Mail/popname.msf
[popname is derived from the original server name, pop.xxx.net is one
and its msf file is pop.xxx.net.msf]
The second-level .msf files are the ones in subdirectory pop.xxx.net -
   examples are Drafts.msf, Inbox.msf, Junk.msf, Sent.msf, Templates.msf,
   Trash.msf
Since "Inbox" has subdirectories in my setup, there is an Inbox.sbd and
that contains the same structures for the subdirectories. Some of those
   subdirectories have subdirectories themselves.
