Is this an email you have sent from hotmail to gmail? So when you say
email is rejecting, you mean a Gmail server is rejecting? I have read
about problems like this with email from outlook to gmail, and sometimes
I don't receive emails from outlook. I don't think it has anything to do
with your settings, but a disagreement between server behaviours between
   Google and Microsoft.
