   Did some follow-up.   
    1. Caja show the "default profile" was created at least a year ago.   
    Who knows what version of SeaMonkey was in use.   
    2. Created a new profile named "Sep25Defaults"   
    Tried loading one of my problem sites.   
    It "loaded". Presented me with a blank screen.   
    Disabling JavaScript allowed much to be displayed.   
    [Seen that before when viewing current weather - local TV station]   
    [Site is https://www.ky3.com]
