   I'd seen the phone number but as the problem was outside of normal    
   business hours and there was the possibility they were having a service    
   outage at their end, I didn't think a verbal request for tech support    
   was appropriate .   
      
   Now that email is working I'll see if I can come up with a viable way to   
   improve thing and suggest it. I'm wondering if a FAQ topic would be viable.
