   No.
What I want is to sort by "time of day" not "calendar date".

The type of question I'm trying to answer is:
What "time of day" does TopicXYZ tend to be discussed?
For my purposes, TopicXYZ would identified one of my ~50 custom tags.
E.G. I have custom tags titled "minimal install related", "nutrition",
   "visual Bible", etc.

A more common use might turn out to be saving a search for a keyword in
body of a message and displaying in order of "time of day" posted.

   Clearer?
   Thanks for asking.
