   Google's reCAPTCHA has been broken for a few days now. Possibly involves   
   postMessage() [1]. This appears to make initialization fail, and then in   
   turn there's a "recaptcha.frame not defined" error when one tries to   
   tick the checkbox, possibly just a consequence of initialization   
   failure.
