   I've tried both ways and I'd like to point out that:   
      
   * ctrl + return (or enter) on the location bar -> duplicates the tab at   
   the end of the tab bar (far right)   
      
   * ctrl + click on the refresh button -> duplicates the active tab next   
   to it. This is exactly what I was asking
