   Meant to add that the release nots for this version   
   say   
      
   "You need to uninstall a previous Windows x86   
   version if you want to use it. Installing the x64   
   over the old x86 is not supported and does not   
   remove the old version which might cause problems   
   later."

   migrate your data from SeaMonkey 1.x or Mozilla

   which sorta implies it would give the option to   
   migrate the data?
