I'm adding another fact and give up for now.

Since some months ago, i can access web mail with SM cause it is handled by
outlook web version, and it fails with a error about JavaScript. But
if i start the process to get there in a regular tab, i have to sign-in in my
organization, then i have to go to mail and then it asks for my
   trust in that domain.

If i click on "Continue" i see the same behaviour: Both buttons keep on grey
and nothing happens. But i can refresh that page, and then
   (surprisely) get to 2FA screen.

On Oauth2 popup screen i can't press any shorcut to any function as Go back,
Go forth, Refresh,... All actions are disabled: keyboard and mouse.

Is there any way to force a refresh on that popup window?
