   According to its help: "You are currently using PrefBar v. 7.1.1, build   
   date 20171001."   
      
   I seem to recall that I had to apply some sort of a simple patch a while   
   ago when there was a change in JS, you should be able to find that here   
   in the newsgroup.  Perhaps someone else has that handy.   
      
   So Prefbar does work with the current version of SeaMonkey when you   
   patch it.
