   Clarification.   
   I want both WITHCSS.HTML and WITHOUTCSS.HTML to appear identical when   
   viewed with the same browser. *BUT* I want the content/structure of   
   WITHOUTCSS.HTML to be as if CSS had never been invented ;/   
      
   Sample segment of WITHCSS.HTML would be:   
   The elder unto the wellbeloved   
   Gaius, whom I love in the truth.
